Tonight he'll take on the Twins, who were red hot, before Dice-K shut 'em down last night. Lester is 4-1 in Fenway this season with 2.54 ERA and despite batting .276 (4th) as a team, the Twins aren't as good against southpaws (.260, 17th).Former Rays, Brendan Harris (.417, 13 AB) and Delmon Young (.154, 13 AB) are the only Twins with more than one game's worth of experience against Lester, but Harris has hit him well (5-12, 2 2B, 2 RBI) so you may see him get the start tonight.
The Twins will counter with Nick Blackburn, who like the rest of the Twins staff, doesn't walk anybody: 16 BB in 104+ IP. Blackburn has decent numbers: 7-4, 3.78, but he's been inconsistent as of late, lasting just 4+ innings in 3 of his last 7 starts.
Couple that with a 2-2, 5.06 ERA, .318 BAA road line this season, and the Sox should have it made in the shade tonight... but keep in mind that I predicted a possible slugfest last night, so who cares what I think, right?
Guys to Watch: Manny seemed to have a better approach last night and may be ready to bust out... JD Drew hit a 3-run homer off of Balckburn earlier this year... and Justin Morneau, who quietly went 2-3 last night, is hitting .316 on the road and .500 against the Red Sox this year...

it would be great to have a game where they can put a team away early and have some fun, it will be interesting to see if Lester is as effective with Cash behind the dish.
